    I really enjoyed my time at IQ and EQ. It has definitely helped my grades improve drastically! From a U Grade for both my POA and Science to an A1 and A2 for my N-levels! I was personally taught by mr kwan himself. His style may seem weird at first but when he explains, he goes really in depth with the explanation and tries to help us as much until we get the grasp of it.

    My daughter joined IQ & EQ in late Dec 20 to prepare for her N Levels for 2021. Her results improved tremendously under the guidance of Mr Loo for Maths, Mr Syafiq for Chemistry and Ms Megan for Humanities (Social Studies/History). I’m really grateful to the teachers who shared their knowledge and was patience with her for all her queries, as she would not have achieved distinctions for her N levels.     My son only started his SS/Geography tuition end of June 2021 with IQ & EQ at Tampines Mart. It was only about 3 months to his national exams. Together with Ms. Megan Ng, his tutor, from an F to Grade 2. It was so difficult for him to pass his SS/Geography. I'm so amazed by his results that not only he pass but did very well.     I entered my daughter in early 2020 to prep for PSLE for both her worse low subject Science and Maths. To my greatest surprise, my daughter passed both subjects for PSLE. In prelim she won an awards for BEST MATHS in her cohort. From bad result to BEST results. And she scored B for maths in PSLE. A def pass for SCIENCE. She even manage to choose to go to express or normal stream. This will not be possible without the dedication from the tutors at IQ&EQ. Kudos to the educators in IQ&EQ. In a short span of time, you have changed my daughters perception that maths and science are boring subj to 1 of the interesting subj. W/O any hesitation, my daughter will def continue in IQ&EQ all they way during her years in secondary school for 2022. This time her younger brother will join in as well.     I must say sincerely, thank you for Mr Kwan and his team.
    My son failed almost all his subjects in Sec1.
    After joining, IQ EQ I could see he made tremendous progress. What was more important he continued to maintain the grades throughout.
    From an F grade student, to grade One and Two for his N level results. He has been topping his sch and class since Sec2 after joining.

    He was with IQEQ for few years POA, GEOG/SS and CHEM/PHYSICS.
    Despite the COVID19, the center was quick and swift to setup online learnings and made the students journey towards crucial N level not disruptive. KUDOS!!
    I also like the regular feedback and follow ups abt the students' sch results etc.
    A tuition center with very sincere teachers who really teach and assist the students to strive for excellence. Thank you!!

    IQ/EQ provides parents with much more flexibility than other tuition centers and are quite fair to us. Make-up sessions were allowed when we were unable to attend lessons due to unexpected situations.

    Coming from an english speaking home and background, it was very difficult for us to assist our son with their Chinese homework. We chose Mandarin for the boys as we see its great importance in the future thus we enrolled both of them at IQ & EQ after trying out a few months first for Jack ( our elder son) as we saw the leaps of progress he made once he started Mandarin classes at IQ & EQ. The methods of teaching were very effective and my boys do not find Mandarin a troublesome subject anymore. Even the school teachers commented on the excellent progress of our son in reading and writing as well as conversing in Mandarin. IQ & EQ had inculcated in our son the joys of learning Mandarin, and thats the most important thing. Tuition centre also flexible on make up class, once our son have some important events in school or other activity. Tutors are very encouraging, they reward small token for their students to boost motivation on their studies. And our son appreciate it very much, they intend to push themselves to do better.

    Hiya, congrats. I am glad that Dhaniyah has cleared the N levels and is now offered Sec 5N/DPP via a two-year higher Nitec programme. At this juncture, I suppose there is a little confusion as to which route to choose. So I thought I’d just provide my input on this matter. We have fared well this year with all our N levels students being offered DPP or DPA. Two of our students have fared well enough to go for DPA which is of course the most preferred route. For those offered the DPP route, it is important to note that it is going for another two year programme with ITE and subject to acceptable performance before proceeding to Poly. I think that that is a roundabout route as compared to Os which are just a year away. The entry requirements into Poly from the O levels are actually not high and so far almost all make it through. Of course, consistent work is still required, but that is a fact of life regardless of whether it is in the O levels, JC, Poly or university. As such, the O levels are definitely the preferred route unless the student has not fared well enough and has to resort to ITE to get to Poly.     We first started with IQEQ in September 2016 with the attitude as to what can be worse than before. I still recall it was a trial lesson with Ms. Liu Yan for Sec 2 Chinese. She is good as she is focused with the ability to stimulate and bring out the “fire of passion” in my son. She is firm yet encouraging and motivating, bringing energy and hope to the students. After her lessons, my son decided to give Science lessons a shot. We recommend Mr. Louis, whom, in my son’s words, have brought enlightenments. Explanations provided during school curriculum became crystal clear to my son and he came home that night so motivated, energized and light hearted (hyperactive). Feeling charged up, my son proceeded with the trial lessons for English again, much to my surprise. He met Mr. Kwan and again, it was so positive and encouraging. The teachers have done it in 3 weeks comprising of about 4 lessons for each subject!! From a C5/C6 grade and school teachers telling me that my son may be retained to my son receiving the Edusave 2016 – Good Progress Award by the end of the year!! Thank you to all teachers for their passion and dedication as my boy now moves on with IQEQ on most subjects as he loves and enjoys the teachers’ commitments, patience and most importantly, their selfless extra mile to import their knowledge.
